The calendar that travels with you
No more manual timezone math — NomadCal keeps your schedule accurate wherever you are.
NomadCal renders each day in the timezone you'll actually be in. Travel from Berlin to Tokyo mid-week and "10am" still means the right 10am — automatically, based on where you'll be.
What it does
- Google Calendar sync: import events and write meetings back automatically.
- Locations by city: add where you'll be with date ranges — the right timezone applies per day.
- Booking links: share a link so others can book time that fits your actual availability, with privacy controls you set.
- Telegram scheduling: book meetings by natural language message.
Telegram: your scheduling assistant
NomadCal's Telegram bot is built for low-friction social scheduling. Instead of going back and forth, just send a message:
"Book a meeting with @chris for Thursday morning"
The bot checks mutual availability across both your timezones, proposes a time that works, and sends the invite — all without leaving Telegram.
You can also use quick commands:
- /next — your next event, with Join/Dial/Navigate buttons when available.
- /today, /tomorrow, /week — agenda in your effective timezone per day.
- /agenda 7 or /agenda YYYY-MM-DD..YYYY-MM-DD — custom date range.
- /where — your current itinerary timezone.
To link Telegram: open NomadCal → Settings → generate a link code, then DM the bot: /link CODE.
Privacy
You control what others can see: full details, free/busy blocks, or nothing. Use allow/block lists to control who can schedule with you.
